Ladies Retreat Week (ON)
Departs: Jun, Jul, Length: 5 days	The ultimate women's whitewater week with the spa approach to paddling: exercise, learning, fun, conditioning, good food, camaraderie and rejuvenation in a stunning environment. The week will consist of a learning environment for both whitewater canoeing and kayaking - enhanced by morning yoga, afternoon stretching sessions on the river’s edge, après-paddling sauna and a dip into our wood-fired hot tub after the day on the water.
