     Great kids' PFD. Safe, comfy, has pockets... The only reason I give it a 9 instead of 10 is how often I have to listen to my daughter complain that it didn't come in pink. I suggested she get red & let it fade to pink in the sun, let's face it, today's youth aren't patient. She got yellow (although I told her it was GOLD!).
