I've had the pleasure of owning this beautiful 1955 cedar/canvas canoe for 20+ years. They say nothing floats like wood...and it's true! This canoe is quiet, paddles like dream and is gorgous to look at. As cedar ages, a real butter colour comes alive in the wood to add to it's beauty. This canoe has only a 33" gunwale beam and narrow entry lines which makes for a fast canoe. If you get a chance to try a cedar/canvas canoe, you owe it to yourself to try one. There is a difference!! Find out what I'm talking about and become the canoe. I rate this Langford canoe an easy "10 out of 10"
